What’s the difference between Standard and Professional plans?

The Standard plan ($9/month) is great for solo business owners, offering AI-powered bookkeeping, expense categorization, and essential financial reports. The Professional plan ($19/month) includes real-time transaction processing, advanced reports, unlimited invoices, and supports up to 5 users—perfect for growing businesses.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. If you upgrade, the difference will be prorated, and if you downgrade, the change will take effect in the next billing cycle.

How does Tabby connect to my bank accounts?

Tabby securely connects to your bank and credit card accounts using Plaid, an industry-leading financial data provider. Your information is always encrypted, and we never store your banking credentials.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your billing cycle. After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode.

Is my data secure with Tabby?

Absolutely! We use bank-level encryption and AWS cloud security to protect your financial data. We follow industry best practices for compliance and never share your data with third parties.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! Both the Standard and Business Plus plans come with a 14-day free trial.  You can explore all features before committing to any paid plan.
